Absolutely everything, the place is paradise.
The only negatives that I have seen in reviews should be ignored, because they are easily rectified:
Bed comfort - Mattress topper was provided as soon as we asked and was very comfortable
Steep Stairs - There is a scenic walk down the hill to the village and beach, going back it is steep, however every other shop in the village offers taxis for 150 baht for 2 people if you don't feel like walking.

Nice walk through the garden to the beach. Beautiful beach. Well maintained garden. Lovely pool. Very comfy and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great view with morning sunrise. Would love to stay there for longer time.

a beautiful apartment complex, with an ideally large pool, perfect room (furnished with everything you need) and worth a visit every year - a small village to eat is nearby and not far to the beach - thanks Sindbad and team

This is our third year at KPP and it never fails to impress. Thanks to the very appreciated upgrade we stayed in the Orchid Upper and the views from the huge balcony are spectacular, right down the forest to the sea, we spotted sea eagles wheeling about overhead and watched a small bird of prey feasting every late afternoon, beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean and you have everything you might need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Sinbad and her lovely team are on hand to assist you with any trips or return journeys etc. The grounds are immaculate as is the pool area full of colour and so tranquil. There are some steps down to the village and a 5 minute walk to the beach which also has bar's and restaurants. The apartments may not be for you if you have any mobility issues because of the steps.

We stayed for six nights at the Pavilions which was amazing, large apartment with fantastic views over the rain forest down to the sea, rooms fitted out to a high standard and kept clean. Pool area nice to chill out and just a 5min walk into the village which has some very good quality restaurants and a few bars and supermarkets. this is the second time we have stayed in the place before and will return next year. Lovely staff and very helpful, very sad to leave this lovely location.

wunderschöne extrem saubere Appartement Anlage mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer. Personal sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit....Ich gebe normalerweise nie die volle Punktzahl bei einer Bewertung weil, ohne pingelig zu sein, es immer Kleinigkeiten gibt die verbessert werde könnte, aber in diesem Fall, auch in Hinsicht des Preises im November, muss Ich es einfach tun, und auch gerne. Die Zimmer sind riesig und werden jeden Tag sehr gründlich gereinigt . Der Pool.....ja was soll ich sagen ......Qualität,Sauberkeit und vor allem die Aussicht....klasse. Es führt ein kleiner beleuchteter Weg hinunter zum Strand ( max. 5 Minuten ) mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Ich könnte jetzt ewig schwärmen deshalb kurzum es war ein 5 tägiger Traum den ich jedem nur empfehlen kann.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pavilions. The rooms are well set out with great views where you can relax and enjoy the warm weather. The nearby village has a number of good food outlets both local and European.

This was our second visit to KPP, the first being over 4 years ago. Our stay was even better this time, even though the weather wasn't. Was great to see that the property has been maintained so well, both inside and out, and was as clean as ever. The staff are friendly and helpful and we know we will return again! Loved our stay at KPP and are thrilled that it remains to be such an amazing place. Thank you!!!

A beautiful little gem with an spectacular view over both mountains and the beach. The staff was AMAZING. Good service, friendly and very helpful. We will definitely come back because we fell in love with Koh Phangan Pavilions.
